Cooling

I bought this right as the heat wave was hitting and I am so pleased with unit. It has many features and easy to use. It is a little noisy but it is worth it for the comfortable rooms. The window panel was missing from the box but they were quick to respond and sent me one. Love this air conditioner!

I bought this model in May or June of 2020 when I had to move from a Central Air apartment back to just an A/C 2 bedroom apartment.   I am disabled and my brain cannot regulate my body temperature.  I purchased this portable A/C for my bedroom and it has “saved my life” every year from April/May through October/November each and every year since purchase!!!   Absolutely NO issues and keeps my bedroom as cool as I need it!   I really wished they hadn't discontinued this model.   I came to website to order replacement filters.   They don't have any listed for this model.   Now what?
This is my first problem and it's a human problem not making filters anymore!!   Not a problem w/unit!

I very happy with the portable air conditioner. It kept three rooms in my house cool. I found it very easy to set up. I would recommend it to a friend.

Great Air Conditioner

Great air conditioner!  It was a super easy set up.  The reason we bought a portable air conditioner is because the window it was being attached to was very narrow.  A window air conditioner would not have worked.  The window is so narrow that we had to cut a thin strip off of the window piece that holds the hoses but that worked great and the hookup went quite smoothly.  The air conditioner blows lots of wonderful cool air and is cooling every room of a small 550 sq. ft. apartment.

Good Product

Efficient and smooth operation and excillent colling product

ARC-126MD Whynter 12000 BTU

This is a nice unit for my living room. The dual hose configuration allows the room to get much cooler than the single hose unit I used before. It's a little bigger than I thought it would be, but that 's not too much of an issue for me. The only downside that I have is that the air is directed pretty much in one general direction swinging up and down instead of side to side like my first unit, otherwise it's a great purchase.

Keeps me cool like the cool side of my pillow...

This item arrived in terrible condition. I don't know if it works or not because I'm supposed to let it stand upright for four hours before trying it.

AC is working fine so far, but it arrived in such bad shape(see pics). I probably going to return it
