Only used it a bit before giving it as a gift to a friend but it is pretty easy to assemble (and comes with an excellent Allen Key). The scooter can be used either with the smart app or without, though that is not obvious from instructions. It's sturdy and smooth. While it folds down, it feels a bit heavier than expected however not long to get used to the weight. Exactly as advertised.

My daughter loves this scooter! It artic3d quickly and works as advertised. It did arrive with a scratch on the handle but that was minor!

Buying this scooter was the best decision I made this summer. I bought it in June, and put over 1600 kms on it.  It is the perfect way to get around in the summer.

Fantastic Deal. Ordered Friday Evening. Originally quoted Delivery for Wednesday. Changed overnight to Tuesday Delivery. Item was delivered around 10:30 am MONDAY MORNING. 😏. Arrived in Great Condition. 15 mins to attach handlebar and start. Quick run around the block had Me up to 30 km/h Quickly and Easily. Very spunky motor. Lots of torque. ** Helmet is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED **. $299.99 + Taxes FAST, FREE 🏃‍♂️ Delivery. Had a Blast riding it. Deals so GOOD, I got a Gift for Myself 😁.

It's been more than a month since I bought this scooter, and I haven't encountered any issues so far. The battery lasts a long time. I use it every day to drop my son off at school — it's about 300 meters each way, so around 600 meters in total per day.

Perfect for Short Daily Trips!

This was a trial for myself! I bike but my bike has to be in storage for lack of space at home ! The scooter is lightweight and easy to bring in my closet, a plus

New transportation mode

It's a good scooter, perfect for short distances. However, I gave it 3 stars because at my weight (180 lbs), riding about 7.4 km completely drained the battery, requiring a recharge. Thankfully, I made it home and to my destination , but going any further wouldn't have been possible and could have left me stranded.

The ride itself was also uncomfortable—I felt every bump and crack on the street and sidewalk. A suspension system would have made a big difference. That said, for the price, it's still a decent deal. But if you can save an extra $200–$300, you'll find models with better range and built-in suspension.

It a good scooter

Do not buy this product. It is poorly built. There is no gasket on the battery pack (which  is underneath the unit, allowing water penetration and rotting out the wiring. The manufacturer does not accept responsibility for this defect. And will not warranty the product.

Bad Buy

Worst product ever stop working in less then three months…. No return nothing not even replacement…. Dont buy ….. wiring issues turning on and off on its own …break fail ……

Worst product ever

I set up both and one of the scooters does not fully turn right. I didn't realize it until my son rode it and ended up falling off and hurting himself. The scooters are the exact same and were set up the same way.
