A joy to cook my food on taste like i cooked out in the park

Amazing..Cooks the food so delicious and does not stick..  Chicken was so tender and juicy.

Cooks quick , doesn't stick

Food very juicy, taste great.But be EXTREMELY careful of flare ups if it spills over you get can flames it happened to me glad my son was home he put it out. I would never leave the kitchen while it was being used .clean up is easy and simple if you do it after each use.If I preheat 2 minutes  add exactly 3/4 water and no more cook on med only all is perfect.

We were impressed!  This grill is well made, sturdy, even beautiful.  It does a great job eliminating smoke and it cooks on very low flame.  But . . . it can cook only 1 small item at a time, making it useless for a family.  And then there's the spatter.  Cooking a single burger patty (80/20) the grease spattered over a wide area.  Due to the domed shape of the cooking surface, we could not use a spatter shield.  We have one of those stoves with a grate surface.  Cleaning the grease off the stove took more time than cooking the burger.  Sorry it's going back.

tried to bbq hamburger almost caught house on fire ya you might want to use it just for chicken and veggies then again you can do that in a skillet

This works, but the bottom tray needs water, fine, it evaporates quickly, ok , you add a quarter cup or less, splashes on cook top.  If greasy already, small grease fire. Let evaporate, small grease fire.  Lower heat, cook in double the time (or more), it needs the heat to actually grill.   But - watch it and be careful - it will work - pray you do not have to do 'well done'.  A smaller broiler pan seems to comparable - little more clean up, less grease fires. (note: had boneless skinless chicken breast, when bbq dripped to pan below had a little flame up - just like on a grill come to think of it, but not the part I wanted to duplicate indoors).

Ok, but . . .

Unfortunately like others have stated, the grill sticks like no tomorrow. I've only used it twice but now am already thinking of throwing it away. Do not recommend.
