(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have learned that if you heat the pan first without oil, do the water test, if it dances then add oil,  That is the key to non-stick food. I love Lagostina frying pans, they are an everyday staple, easy to clean. They don't warp even heat.

Professional Results at home

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This is a very nice set. The two sizes are very practical and versatile. The skillets are a very nice weight and are comfortable to use. The handles feel solid and well made. The pans heat evenly and fairly quickly. 
Nothing stuck to the pans. Food comes off quite easily and they were very easy to clean.

I have been using Lagostina for the last 10+ years and it's always a trusted brand for me. I never used stainless steel frying pans before and was worried it would not be as good as the non-stick frying pans. There were no clear instructions on how to take care of it. So I just tried to use it as I would with any other pan. 

At first it was still sticking. But once I started to add a bit more oil than I normally would with a nonstick, that solved the problem. I love using it to pan fry spam and ground beef, where there's a lot of natural oils that comes out. It helps with non-stick and pretty easy to clean. I don't have to worry about accidentally scraping off the coating. 

I am really happy to add this to my Lagostina collection!

Use oil to be non-stick

The set comes in two sizes making it easy to cook and manage heat effectively.  The 3 ply construction really stood out the heat distributed evenly across the pan and gives a nice sear.

Great skillet for stir fry!

The 20 cm skillet has become my go to for omelets, while the Dutch oven is perfect for soup and cozy meals. I also love the saucepan and sauté pan for quick meals or one pan dishes.

The build and quality feels durable and premium- the products weigh well and the finish is sleek. Overall, which makes a cooking little more enjoyable

Versatile, durable and great addition to my cookwa

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This is my first time using stainless steel pans but not my husbands. This 2 pack of pans I think, are a staple size for any household. I personally like the weight and the handles. I find them comfy to hold and maneuver the pans. The heat seems to be evenly distributed when cooking and they hold their heat well. The pans seem like they will hold up for a long time. I love the versatility of these pans since they can go into the dishwasher and the oven. We did use metal utensils once in the pan and did notice that it did scratch the bottom.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) As someone who loves to cook, I’ve been using this set for a while and I genuinely enjoy it.

First of all I love the way they look! clean, shiny and make my kitchen feel put together. Performance wise they’re actually really nice, the heat distribution is even, so once the pan is properly preheated I can get a beautiful sear and a really consistent cooking. 
(that said if you never used a stainless steel pan before, there’s a bit of a learning curve)

For me, the whole experience feels like « you get what you put into it » when I take my time, preheat properly, use enough oil works amazing, when I rush, I regret it immediately.

Overall, I’d say this is a solid set!! especially if you’re looking something versatile, good quality and durable.

Très déçue. Car le nom et le prix y sont .
Tout colle dans les poëlons. Même avec de l' huile.
La viande colle aussi.
Nettoyage un enfer ,ça prend de la petite vache et de l' eau et il faut frotter .
Il y en a une qui est impossible à nettoyer.
Je ne recommande pas.
Si vous avez un truc pour moi, ne vous gênez pas.
