Cooking surface prevents food from sticking easily.

Great price. Reason for purchase: I like eggs, bought it to cook eggs. I had been using a thrifted non stick sauce pan to cook eggs but some foodstuffs got burned and ruined the bottom. Then I was using a cast iron skillet but I'm not too good with that and the house always gets smokey so my partner said the skillet is off limits. Got this one because of the price, was skeptical about quality. Very easy to cook eggs now.

Good quality pan… nothing sticks in it.  Pan cleans easily.  Handle gets way too hot, to alleviate burns on hands we put an after market silicon handle cover on the handle.

Perfect size for omelettes, pancakes and any single serving side item.
Brilliant shine from handle to pan surface. Definitely consider purchasing a 12” or 14” to match.

Superb Skillet

I bought this specifically for the purpose of making homemade crustless pizza pies and it did not disappoint! It's great to be able to go directly from the stove top to the oven with the same pan. I tried with cast iron, but even my best seasoned tended to leave something stuck to it that was difficult to clean. This one did not. It is so nonstick that I could actually turn the entire pizza in a circle inside the pan after it was done! Perfect! 
Not much to clean up. Nothing stuck to it. And it cooked evenly. If you're  looking for top notch nonstick performance, the Blue Diamond is it!!!

My New Pizza Pie Pan

Everything cooks up quickly and just simply slides right out of the pan! It washes up like a “dream”; almost one swipe in sudsy water is all it takes to clean! Love it!
  I am so glad that the long handle keeps your hand away from the heat.
Hands down, It is simply a pleasure to use!

I bought the 9” Diamond Tech used it for the last few months and it's been great easy to clean and cook with but bottom is different 
 I hope this will work out well 👍

Brand new pan came with many, many scratches in the coating. I have owned other Blue Diamond pans for years and have never had an issue but I guess quality control has gotten lax lately as this pan had scratches throughout the circumference of the pan with most of them down to the metal.
Very disappointing.

Not what they used to be

This pan is garbage. Says it's dishwasher safe when it clearly isn't. This has been in the dishwasher TWICE! I have had this less than a week.

First few times it worked perfectly. After 2 dishwasher cycles it's basically ruined. It seemed too good to be true at this price point. I found out it was.

Junk. Rusting after a week. NOT DISHWASHER SAFE.

The first time I cooked eggs they got stuck , imposible to remove. I boiled water in it, some got unstuck and floated to the top, some is still stuck to the bottow. What a lemon.

Don't recommend

I loved the skillet until after a few uses and the ceramic coating on the inside came off. Bought this Jan 27 and it is Feb 25.
