[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] amazing little A/C and dehumidifier combo my only part i didnt much like but im still giveing 5stars anyway is the flexy hosw from the end the slides onto the machine and the windo slide peliece but other than that its got amazong level of fan noise to help u fall asleep (i need white noise to sleep) and the a/c portion was as good as it need to be :)

Love this air conditioner.  I set it at a comfortable temperature for me, 72, if the air temperature gets higher than that, it automatically turns itself back on, i dont have to do anything, unlike my window air conditioner.  If i want it a little cooler, it is very easy to adjust the temperature.  It was very easy to install, and because it is on wheels, easy to move around.  A little bigger than expected, but a nice looking unit, and easily keeps the space comfortable.  The space is about 400 square feet.

I never owned an indoor ac, so far it does cool off the living room and eat in kitchen. 
Came with flexible hose and window adapter. 
I placed a drain hose in to a pail just incase the water didn't evaporate so far all good.

the floor unit gets my room really cold, like freezing  cold. I do wish the hose was more flexible instead of plastic. i would recommend this item for sure.

Works really well and quieter than our Danby. We got this as a second unit for pur home as our other unit doesn't capture the whole space. This cools quickly! Really happy with it so far!

Happy with purchase

We weren't sure about this item and decided to try it out after our other AC killed over. Our previous unit was $799 and I can honestly say that this unit works just as great if not better!! For our experience, 5 stars!!

I had a similar AC  that was only 8000 btu. It cooled my entire RV down to 67°F.  This 10000 btu barely drops the temp to 77°F. 
The remote doesn't beep to let you know it's working. It also isn't draining from the drain hose. My old one filled a 3 gallon bucket in 24 hrs. Where is the water?

I purchased this portable AC and unfortunately had issues right away. Upon first use, the unit produced a high-pitched ringing/whistling noise, even when properly set up.
I also checked the inside and noticed that the internal filter/coil area looks warped or uneven (doesn't appear normal for a new unit). Because of this, I'm concerned about the quality and long-term performance.
The unit is brand new, so this seems like a manufacturing defect rather than a setup issue.
I would recommend checking your unit carefully if you purchase this. I am currently requesting a replacement.

I think the sale price was bogus and intended to move broken items from "unsold" inventory.

Item came broken and was obviously taped up before it was shipped.

it only worked for one day. next day it would not switch on. also, when it worked it dud not cool the area well.
