Game Changer! This is the most amazing printer I have ever owned. I am a Graphic Artist and I create products for print often, and this printer never disappoints. It's fax ability is great, and it's ability to PDF files to my desktop also saves me space in my filing cabinet! Everything is Easily digitalized.
I've had this for about a year now, and I keep learning more about it.
The buttons on the printer allows you a lot of control over calibration and faxing.

Got this on sale late last year. Heavy office grade piece of machinery, but it's the best impulse buy to date. Haven't changed the toner yet and I print a lot of things. Print quality is gorgeous and quick.

This is a really nice printer that produces clear text and sharp images. (Though, as with most laser printers it's not suitable for high quality photo printing.) The setup process was fast and easy, the menu tree is clear and logical and it sync's flawlessly with my WiFi network and AirPrint devices. Print speed, even in duplex mode, is plenty fast for my use. During the print cycle it produces a sort of plastic-clanking sound that makes me a little worried about long product life. However, my last Brother printer lasted seven years and over 40K prints, so I'm hopeful this one will last a long time as well. 

My only real complaint is that the replacement toner cartridges are way, way too expensive.

This printer seems well made and works as expected. Both side printing works well. Set-up very easy. Overall, very satisfied with the purchase.

Great printer

As some other buyers have stated, the Brother MFC-L8610CDW color laser printer works reliably except for two sided printing of files and documents from the computer.  Print commands from the computer and the set up on printer for 2 sided printing do not guarantee the printer will print a 2 sided document.  It is very frustrating to waste paper as the printer does not default to 2 sided printing even after many tries.  Brother as a manufacturer should patch the software drivers to allow for more user friendly 2 sided printing set up.

Not reliable for printing 2 sided pages

It's a great all in one printer. Not giving 5 stars because it is a slow printer. Takes longer than past printers to process wireless printing. When printing larger number of copies it will print 10 sheets-pause-“think”-print 10 more sheets- repeat. It makes for a slow process.

Overall great product

I like it.  It prints a bit slow.  Also, it is difficult to locate scanned documents.  Other than that, it gets the job done!

I Like It

Ok printer.   Does not duplex copy with the ADF.   This is something I do a lot and I would have not purchased it.  I figured my old brother did it why wouldn't a new more expensive model have that feature.  I have to use the scanner bed and flip the page over.   It's not a crazy big deal but it just adds time.

The little green button you push to close cover was broke when received. It is very slow to print and It currently doesn't see the cyan ink cartridge. Nothing but headaches
