I really wanted to love this because of the cute lights and ergonomic backrest on the headboard. while all the pieces were there, unfortunately the instructions were unclear and ALSO missing parts of the installation steps. there is a whole part where the middle support rails needs to be screwed in and it was completely missing from the manual. i basically finished the whole construction (putting on the metal slabs), just to be left with two metal rails that was not mentioned anywhere in the instruction?? that is a huge safety hazard. tried contacting walmart and they told me to repack the whole thing (50  metal pieces and head board pieces) to return it for a refund. i explained that the packing material has been disposed of since you don't expect something as big as a bed frame to come with faulty instrcutions and they said to find/buy my own box. absolutely ridiculous

crappy customer service, severe safety issues

Disappointed,  the pictures are misleading.  One of the pictures shows a 120 volt ac plug. The plug is a usb connector.  
The wires are exposed at the headboard.  There is no way to completely hide them. 
The led controller is not user friendly and the optional colour choices are limited.  There is no all white choices for reading.  
The frame appears solid and will,  hopefully,  be trouble free. 
Overall the headboard setup needs some minor tweaks to make it a satisfactory product.
