I was so hesitant at first, but now I love my crock pot! My mistake in the beginning was just cooking food until it was done. NO! Cook it the recommended amount of time and the food absorbs the liquid and just falls apart! And you can look up recipes pretty much anywhere. Love this thing! I like the automatic setting, but I usually don't use it. I just go by recipes.

This crockpot has so many features, more than i thought. The crockpot has your food setting,amount,temperature settings, timer,clock,and a manual side.Also it comes with a few recipes. I just had a family dinner and cooked a roast in my new 6-Quart My Time Slow Cooker and it turned out delicious. While my family was here, my daughter ask me how i cooked my roast and i showed her my new crockpot, she said she wanted one too, or i could give her mine! Of course i laughed, and said no way.  This is a great crockpot and i would and have recommended it.

It has a very sleek and stylish appearance and fit right in with my kitchen. I also love the size! We are a family of 6 so this is a perfect size for us. The lighted display was also a huge plus. With the My Time Slow Cooker you have the option of choosing the type of meal you are cooking ( like chicken or soup etc) and the amount or weight of the meat or you can manually choose temp and cook time. I loved the feature for scheduled meal. I can prepare my food for the crock pot and it will cook and flip to the keep warm function once done. I really have no compliants with this amazing Slow cooker. I am thinking of gifting one to my sister!

So Many Great Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like how intuitive this slow cooker is trying to be, though I do wish it had more options for more customization. You have two options to choose from to cook; you can choose to schedule a meal or you can choose the manual option. The manual option is very much like a traditional slow cooker, you set the temperature you want it to cook at and how long you want it to cook. To schedule a meal, you select the time you want to eat, what you are cooking, and how much you are cooking; the slow cooker does the rest! The food type options are meat, poultry, soup and veggies and the weight options are more or less than 2 pounds. I would like to see more food options and a bit more range on weight. When you are using the schedule a meal option it will tell you the earliest time the meal can be done then you can add time to have the food done when you are ready to eat. 
With either option, when the desired done time is reached, the slow cooker will switch to keep warm mode. There is a timer so you can always see exactly how long you have until the food is ready and once it switches to keep warm it starts to count up so you know how long it has been on that mode as well. I have made a variety of foods using both settings in this slow cooker and everything has turned out good. The only thing I had a problem with was when I made macaroni and cheese it overcooked on the edges. The stoneware is dishwasher safe but mine has never gotten fully cleaned in the dishwasher. There is always a bit of something left on so I just hand wash it to make sure it gets cleaned. It is really easy to clean though.

Very intuitive

Been 6 years ago when I got this crockpot. And I haven't used it a lot. Maybe 10 times. Went to use it today 10/13/25 and it wont go to any hour to set. Power light flashes and thats it. It will go to 4hrs, but doesn't stay lit up and the power button is continuously flashing.

The ceramic pot already has a hair line crack it and it's been used less than a dozen times. So this will lead to bacteria getting into the crack and making it impossible to sanatize.
Cleaning the insert is also a nightmare. I'm going to have to get a non-stick slow cooker next time, and definitely not this brand.
