Heated up quickly but waited the recommended time anyway! Kids loved it! We tried each flavor. Grape brings me back to my childhood! I got the 3 pack for $18.99 it was worth it though. Don't forget it doesn't come with the sugar.. not even a sample so think ahead!

After looking at rentals costing $85-$95, I found this sweet little machine and decided to give it a try at our small backyard fair.  I'm so happy that I did!  It arrived in perfect condition and was so easy to set up.  I honestly wasn't expecting a lot for $25, but I was pleasantly surprised!  This machine worked so well, was easy to clean and made perfect cotton candy!  Our granddaughters were very pleased!!

Easy to make cotton candy!!

I bought this for my Grandkids summer visit, and we all had so much fun making and eating the cotton candy. It is a fun activity for the whole family!
IMPORTANT NOTE:: I highly recommend watching the video on YouTube to save you from the aggravation of thinking your machine doesn't work. 
I have used hard candy in a friends cotton candy machine, and while it's good, it is sooo much harder to clean up afterward.  If you choose to use reg. sugar, like we did, your clean up will be a breeze, and just as yummy.  (Just run under hot water and dry with towel.)
We plan on ordering the cotton candy floss this week.

Good little machine but takes a bit of time. I had 13 kids waiting for some so make in advance if you have a group. There is no sugar included in this one so be aware.  I ordered some cartons off amazon plus some paper cones  and the sugar worked great. The machine is great for $20 !

I got this item on a sale and I thought it would be nice to have for my kids when they wanted a nice sweet treat.. this is more like a kid's toy than a practical item.. it's a cute gift for a girl who like cotton candy.. my kids enjoy the treat

This was a Christmas gift to someone. They used it once and the button broke off.  Now it's trash.  For the money I should've gotten a gift card.  Do not buy!

Terrible workmanship

I followed manual directions like turned on for 15 min before i put candies and when i put candies they just melted.(no cotton candy). Cleaned everything as instucted in manual and turned on again it's dead. My son was waiting for it and it's came and gone.

Poor

This was supposed to be the highlight of this Xmas and it was the only present my 4 year old really wanted. I did a ton of research prior ordering this particular one. Had it shipped to the local store, picked it up easily. But once we opened the box, my husband quickly realized that there is the top rim, that protects the sugar from splashing around, missing. We didn't even give it a try because I saw that would be a huge disaster.  What a disappointment!!! Luckily we had few other presents that save the joy... 
Returned it back to store in a huge line. Now it's out of stock...

Missing part

This product was purchased on-line from Wal-Mart.com for a Christmas gift. After assembling the product it was plugged in and turned on. It rotated but never heated up. We left it on for approximately fifteen minutes and it did not even get warm. Unfortunately we were not even able to use it.

Bella Cotton Candy Maker did not heat up.

If you only want to make one cotton candy at a time. Go for it…. If you have 3 kids you will find yourself having to take it apart, clean it, let the whole thing cool down, then reheat it again several times (over ab hour of work for 3 decent sized cotton candies). So much wasted sugar because it gets so hot in just melted into itself as it collects around the inner rim. I've spent a year trying to troubleshoot, watch product demos, etc. Nothing helps. So sad about that and sad there are so many false positive reviews.
