The Zapphire is a smaller footprint for a bike … I am 5'3 1/2 so it fits me fine .. happy with the bike so far .. haven't ridden  a lot as weather here has been wet and raining but the days I have been out bike works fine .. wasn't hard to assembly most of it is all together just follow utube.. for the price and on sale at Walmart I would recommend .

Enjoyable to ride

Great for value. A bit small for adults though but still comfy.

The electric bike is really convenient, pleasant and easy to drive. It's perfect for getting around, especially going to work at Walmart.

Its small but awesome. Very, very fast so be careful.

E-bike

It has an accelerator. The frame to hold the battery is of very cheap quality. It’s not easy to remove and place the battery. It feels like the plastic to hold the battery can break easily. 
It’s very easy to assemble.

Overall 7/10

Gears seem to slip at first although it just may need an adjustment. Only have ten k on it so have to ride more to get used to it. Seems like a fine bike so far.

e-bike

Got bike started sparking after using for less than 500m. Return nightmare with no support. Bought on discount refuse to honor original sale price if repurchased. Big waste avoid at all costs.

Defect

engine information on incorrect registration marked was a 500 watts and when I received them on the engine marked 350 watts
