The set up was super easy with a downloadable app. It connected to my network seamlessly.  The paper , ink were super straightforward.  I really like the instant ink program.  My use is about 10 pages monthly and this seems like a perfect fit

Throughly satisfied with this purchase. I got this printer for a great price, it was easy to set up on both my phone and my laptop, and I got 3 months of free ink. The only piece of advice I can give is buy your own printer paper because it doesn’t come with any! I would definitely recommend for a personal use printer!

i love the quality of the print outs and how much you very out of a cartridge.  they stay in top of making sure you never run out of ink and have paper addons. prices are great.  they even have roll over sheets.  saving so much money having a hp ink plan.  really dry save 50% .

Good cheap printer.  Works fine as I need for home use. I had trouble getting computer to originally recognize,  but got set up and no problems.  I was happy to see that the ink was under 50$ for color and black set. Not as fast as my better grade at office,  but overall exactly what I needed.  I trust the hp brand and  know I can depend on hp.

had one before and it wasn't a quick setup. and this one wasn't either. many glitches with their "quick setup" that i downloaded the drives and whatever else was needed to get the printer going. it is a good printer. nice quality. i haven't tried the scan yet.

I purchased this as an opened item. It was through HP and showed up in great shape. And it was only a third of the cost. Our WI-FI is 5ghz and the printer is a 2.4ghz. So you need to install it from their phone app first. Then you can install it on your computer and connect it to your Wi-Fi. It took hours for me to figure that out. But it works as intended.

Works as Needed and with an Open Box Discount

Printer doesn't print double sided. A tech assisted me, and he says model does not. He couldn't get it set up to print. I could manually take paper out and reload or something of the sorts. Was a gift and disappointed! I didn't return because I didn't keep the box.🥺

it prints fine when it stays connected to my network - I've had to reset several times.  If I'm printing and run out of paper I need to shutdown to get it to start again.

It is too complicated.  I am 92 yrs old and cannot  figure how to work it.  I hav e had two younger people look at it and hey say it is not all here.  They tell me the ink deal  is fraud, a rip off.   I want to return this for a fujll refund.   and  I don't know how  to do that.

I have an HP All in one desktop, I had another HP printer that would not connect to the computer or wifi when I moved, so I ordered this printer (4255e series), it worked great the first week. Now for 6 weeks it constantly wont connect to wifi, wont connect to the computer even though it is actually plugged into the computer with the USB cord, keeps having docs stuck in the printing queue... every single troubleshooting option does not fix this problem. Somehow you made a printer worse than the 6280 or whatever series the last one I had was. How do you make a printer that wont work and doesnt seem to be compatible with the PC YOU MAKE?

WORST PRINTER EVER, I WANT A REFUND
