It is entirely leak-proof and keeps my hot meal for hours. This food jar allows me to pack my lunch from home, eat healthier, and save money. I often forget to include utensils. Thus, I found that the folding spoon inserted on the lid is an excellent design feature with perfect utility, and also it is environmentally friendly. Highly recommend it!
