Just makes it a little gross dumping the hair into the trash before emptying the liquid. It worked great transitioning between the area rug and the hardwood.

I use this now for hardwood, slate and porcelain floors- I have even tried it on low profiles carpets. Excellent performance- easy to clean - lightweight makes vacuuming and washing 7000 square feet of floors much faster. It can handle some large particulate- suction is excellent. Particularly good for bathroom floors. Allows me to clean the floors often and easily. Only downside is that the container fills up quickly but that's minor compared to the benefits.

Must have product for anyone with a lot of floors

LOVE this machine ! It does a splendid job on my hardwood floors and a wonderful job on the carpets...as well as the large throw rugs. Its easy to assemble, clean, and has a very long cord. I tried it on my lanolium and must say, it did ok ( but not built for that surface ) it is a tad bit heavy, but i am able to manage it. Ive added a photo of the before and after on my carpet and the water when i was finished.

Very disappointed with this purchase

As soon as the vacuum touches a wall, it starts making a loud noise and I have to turn it off to reset it. The brush doesn't pick up dirt along the edges, and neither does the cleaning roller. This means it's impossible to clean along baseboards or wall edges properly. Overall, I'm very disappointed — I expected much better performance for the price.
