So far so good in setting it up. But find the instructions lack. BILD does not have my model number and I need more instruction on the side burner

Love the grill. Gets really hot if you need it, but also turns down the heat if you need it low. 
Only thing I would reengineer is the drip catch canister. Bracket is flimsy and the canister has slid/blown out of the bracket.

Freestyle

This is my first BBQ grill. Took the decision of buying this after reading so many reviews. It can be assembled by one person. Instructions could have been better. Had to refer both the physical and digital manual to understand certain steps. May take a couple of hours max to finish it. 

Preheat happens so fast. BBQ experience is so good. Easy to clean also. We have 3 burner with side burner. It's a good one for a family of 4. 

Highly recommend it

Loving it!!!

I bought this grill because 2 of my friends swear by it. The grill has a seamless aluminum pan that won't rot and seems to heat up 2x as fast as my other grill. The grates are wavy and seem to clean nicely with nothing sticking to them. Both sides of the grill have 3 hooks for hanging utensils and pot holders. After reading everything I find out U have a 10 year bumper to bumper warranty that covers everything on the grill, very impressive. I cooked steaks and they cooked to perfection, the grill cooks faster than my last grill so it took me a minute to figure that out. All and all I recommend this grill .

Decent Grill, heats fast, cleans easy.

The quality of the product seems great and nice even heat. Since I have not had it for long I cannot commit to five stars yet but definitely one of the best grills i have had compared to others in the same amount of time.

Great grill thus far

The bbq is great for the most part.  A few details leave something to be desired.  The drip pan doesn't line up very well so it hits the edge and drips a bit into the bottom beside the propane tank.  The door doesn't latch solidly either (the magnet is terrible and small).  The side burner runs very hot even at the lowest temperature which is a bit annoying as you have to get something to raise it so it isn't so close to the flame if you don't want to burn whatever you have on there.

Overall good but small things that reduce overall rating

The bbq works very well though I would have preferred a larger warming grid since I used it a lot on my previous bbq. The unit heats up quite hot even on the lowest setting so I would like to use the warming grid to cook some foods which can burn quickly without having to check on them constantly. The setup instructions were not best that I have seen. I had to go back and disconnect the side burner in order to connect the ignition wire to the burner control before installing it to the front panel. It was the only way that I could see how to line up the plug properly to do the connection. Also, the front door does not stay closed since the magnetic catch doesn't hold it shut the same way the display model in the store did. Finally, why are there eight bolts left over? I followed the instructions as shown.

Good Product with some quality control issues

Well built barbeque, good size, quality components.  Instructions for assembly are not for the faint of heart.  I was stuck in the first step for 30 minutes until I found a sheet somewhere else in the box with alternate steps related to mystery throw away components not mentioned in the instruction manual.  Some steps were hard to follow because of small pictorials.  Biggest complaint is that the magnet for the door has the strength of a very small ant.

Good product, poor instructions

We bought a Napoleon about 15 years ago and it just died. Money well spend. We decided to get another one based on our previous experience. I must say the quality on this BBQ is nowhere near what our old one was.
