This is working well. I had a smaller water bottle (without a handle) and liked it so I tried this one. I thought the handle might be in the way but it is not at all a problem. It works well, does not leak, is relatively easy to clean), holds enough to be worthwhile, and the handle is convenient. I would recommend this product.

Excellent Choice

Another solid travel mug from Zojirushi.  My wife loves the color, and the handle comes in quite handy when you're lugging things and your hands are full.  Solid construction, leakproof, great cup.  We need to get another one!

I own 3 Zojirushi thermoses.  They are amazing.  Ice stays frozen all day, hot drinks stay boiling hot all day  and they are lightweight.  They never leak because the cap locks closed and your drinking location is sealed so it doesn't get dirty.

Kept my sport drink cold through my round. Perfectly fit my needs.  I bought this because of the handle, which was the one thing needed for my original Zojirushi, which I've had and used for over 10 years. Best part of this container is its light weight, so much better than other brands out there. Read other reviews that said the cap hit their nose when drinking, this is not an issue for me. Love the purple color with a bit of sheen to it, very pretty. Hope this one last as long as my last two. Highly recommend.

Finally, they put a handle on it!

This is my favorite insulated bottle. I have all sorts, but this one is my favorite. So I ordered a second one! It fits well into my hands, is easy to carry when my hands are full. I can use it for both hot and cold. If I use ice, there will still be ice 12 hours later. And it's truly water tight. I've dropped it, had it tip over, and it never leaks.

This bottle has the best insulation ever. Keeps my tea hot for hours and hours, all day. I like that this bottle has a handle too.

Great Handle

Excellent thermos for both hot and cold beverage. It keeps the liquid cold or hot for a very long time. The lid is easy to use and leak free.

I liked it very well until I dropped it (less than four feet onto a hard floor) and watch the lid smash into many pieces.  As long as you don't break it like I did, it'll keep your beverage cold or hot--which Zojirushi does really, really well.  Am really disappointed they didn't try to make it a little more durable.

I read reviews and recommendations and decided it was finally time to invest in a deluxe thermal mug. The Flip-and-Go Mug is a beautifully crafted item with perfect finishes, and it keeps liquids hot or cold just as promised. Comes apart allowing every nook and cranny to be thoroughly cleaned.
My disappointments began with the color being very ‘rose pink' not ‘hibiscus red' (I'm getting over it). After finding out the expense to return it, I kept it. Upon using it, I found my nose hits the lid gasket when drinking. Worse still, when drinking hot coffee (my entire reason for buying it) is a dangerous proposition. The mouthpiece doesn't allow safe modulation of the flow of coffee, like sipping out of a mug. The piping hot liquid shoots straight out of the port. Using your upper lip to sip or slow the flow doesn't work. Even for drinking water, it is NOT a fun mug to drink from, the mouthpiece is just too awkward. 
I would recommend their products because of the craftsmanship, just not this particular one because of shortcomings of the design.

A Disappointing Beauty

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It definitely keeps my drink got, but the handle broke already. I had it on a counter at work and I guess it was knocked over. I don't actually know but when I came to get a drink it was broken. I'm completely disappointed that it could break so easily as it's the only reason I bought it.
