I bought this as a gift for my family and it works very well. The only thing is it would be good if it had the heating level.

You can get a really deep massage with this gizmo. I bought it as a gift for my husband but I use it, too. I wish I could stash it closer to my TV chair, but it is pretty big. So it sits out when there's a sore neck (or whatever) to treat, and gets put in a closet when ot in active, frequent use.

This massage pillow is great and feels so good on your back and neck. The only thing I wish was different is that it would be nice if the straps were a little bit longer so you don't have to hold your arms up when massaging your neck. Other than that, it is a great device that can be used anywhere you need a massage!

I received this massager late and was surprised at the condition of the box. It was opened and very roughly taped up. Although the massager itself seemed in good shape, minus box. I  bought this to gift out, now it will seem like I gifting something used.

Does the best three revolving spheres can do massage-wise. Doesn't really heat up significantly. 

The recommendation to use it 30 minutes at a time is also a let down. Would return if if I didn't get it on sale for half the price ig...

Can't comment on durability. I've had it for less then a week but, everything is working fine so far. Not sure I expect it to last more than two years.

Mid at best

This massager wouldve been great if it lasted. I used it only three times within a week and by the fourth time it didnt want to turn on anymore. I left it alone for a few days and tried turning it on again and it will turn on for 20 seconds and then it will turn off again. Had to return it.
