Great vacuum.  Shipping was delayed but that's understandable with the Canada Post strike during such a busy time of year.

Great Item, slow to arrive

Starting with a full charge, the battery became low after 20 minutes which is unsufficient to complete the cleaning of the appartment. We will try it again this week end and might return it, if it remains the same.

High cost, low performance.

I received my Dyson vacuum and went to try it out for the first time, but the motor/trigger body had failed and the vacuum wouldn't turn on for more than 1 second. After chatting with the vendor, they agreed to replace the motor/trigger body however they have no parts in stock. Currently I have a non working vacuum with no timeline for the replacement parts to be received, and I'm assuming I will have to do the repairs myself. I'd recommend looking elsewhere

Didn't Work

Manual was not in box, charged the battery and doesn't work.. walmart not dealing with it.  I have to register it before dyson will help.  Not to happy at this point.  Still working with dyson.

Broken dyson

I thought I bought a new one but it was written "rebild" on the box and it doesn't work well. She stops when I press the press button.

Disappointed

Very happy with it so far.  Just received it last week.

Unfortunately, even after fully charging it, the device stops working shortly after I turn it on and makes strange noises. Therefore, I will be returning it.
