I suffer from multilevel degenerative disc disease and other cervical disorders. This cervical collar is the only one that I've found to be comfortable enough to sleep in without issues.

Made very well, good quality. Size chart not close to appropriate sizing. Have to return and try another size.

being of short statured this collars just the right height for my neck as I'm recovering from the auto accident so thank you again Walmart comes through every time and you need something

This item is softer than the other neck brace we had.  The velcro closer is wider and easier to use.  Since my husband cannot lift his head, the 2" width works well.

Instructions on measuring for size is Wrong. Do not measure from clavicle to underside of chin tip. Measure from clavicle to center base of mouth. I measured as directions n it's the wrong size. See photo.
