It measures temperatures from -50 to 300℃ (-58 to 572℉) with an accuracy of ±0.1℃ (0.1℉). The device includes a ℃/℉ switch, max/min temperature recording, hold function, and automatic power-off after 10 minutes. Powered by a 1.5V AG13 battery, it is shown in use with a grilled steak and displayed with its protective case.
