My first machine. Not something you can pull out if the box and expect to work like a charm. Takes patience, takes tweaking, and takes a bit of time to learn. But thats with every embroidery machine and this one beats out all the others with price. they have an awesome online comunity where people work together to help solve issues. They reach out to you when you join to see if you have questions and concerns. The machine has updates that you can find online and are easy to install. So far im having a blast learning this new tool.

I purchased this machine because it was an affordable one needle machine with very large hoops. I did have some knowledge of embroidery but am not an expert yet! As soon as I purchased the machine,  my personal tech Kevin Xu  reached out to me making sure I knew that he was there to help ! Of course just like any machine I had a few issues that were user error.  I absolutely love this machine and do t regret my purchase at all!!!

No regrets!

This embroidery machine has been great! It has been very easy to use, with some minor challenges. However, the tech team, especially Kevin, have  been very quick and with helping me with the machine features i didn't understand and any problems I  came across in the process of embroidering. It also comes with a lot of great features like big embroidery sizes, great build in patterns, programs that let you moves foward and background from stiches, I can also transfer my own patterns from inkstitch without having to buy any extra software like some other embroidery machines. Its also pretty quiet compared to other machines I have had in the past and has been overall a great buy. I can't wait to create more embroidery patterns with this machine.

Super great for the price!

I bought the Christmas edition Red. It's a lovely looking machine. I have previously seen extensively, and had a machine which did embroidery  but have not done much other than repairing my units and embroidered  my name on them. Now retired I figured I'd return to seeing and up my embroidery game. 
This machine is quite easy to use and understand. There is a lot information .on FB and  you tube.  It read the instruction manual,take your time.....thread it right. It's simple to use, straight forward but again take your time....start simple ( which I have learned in other sectors in life)  master threading  placing hoop on , selecting pattern to embroid.....next is downloading patterns and I just may buy a program to do my own designs....  
       Everyone is getting dish cloth with their personalized  designs.

After speaking with Kevin, I quickly learned how to use my machine with ease. Not only did he help me step by step but he also followed up to see if I had questions or concerns with my machine.
I was back and forth trying to compare different brands and wondering which machine to get i can honestly say that Purchasing the EOC06 was the best decision ever. It has a very large touch screen (in color) and very easy to use. I will definitely recommend this machine to my family and friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Eoc06 is a great embroidery machine! Love this machine! Great value for money and comes with everything you need to get started. The two best things about it for me are the large embroidery frame (7.8 x 11) - it's much larger than the standard embroidery frame that usually comes with this level of embroidery machine. The touchscreen bigger than my iphone 15 promax I mean!! Meet all my need for my business, hoodies, shirts, different clothes, And their services, a professional engineer one-on-one service, makes me feel very reassured! ALSO the POOLIN facebook user group I met so many poolin fams over there and learn more about my machine and skills and business stuff!

Worth every PENNY

This machine is the absolute best! i ordered it based on all the wonderful videos and reviews.   The setup videos are easy to follow and it comes with everything you need to get started right out of the box!  This is one of the best investments I've ever made!

I am grateful to have been blessed with this embroidery machine. I have never been given anything in my life and I'm 70 years old. However, this machine is extra extraordinarily difficult to operate. There are a lot of information on the machine that is not in the book. I am slowly, but surely going to master operating this gift. It is a poolin EOCO6.  I should have ordered a Singer or Brother embroidery machine. However, I will be forever be grateful for what I was given.

Trying to get the tension to the correct setting is nerve wrecking because it seems you need to have a different setting for every design, even if it's the same material. Between that and constant thread breaking I can't deal with this machine!

Need better tension setting direction.

I have honestly had nothing but issues since i purchased this machine. Between tension issues and now the needle is jumping 1/4" around I am wasting more thread and shirts than I am able to make with this machine.
