Rolls great. Hydraulic lift works seamlessly. Looks fairly elegant. I purchased this to use when I broke my leg and needed to be non-weight-bearing. I kept my leg on the footrest and rolled around the house with few issues... unless I wasn't using the footrest and forgot it was following me. Then it acted like The Whip if I wasn't careful!  All in all I'm really really pleased with it!

My ADHD loves this chair!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The seat is extra-wide and cushioned so I can shift my legs comfortably, and the back support is at a nice height, keeping my posture upright without feeling stiff. Adjusting the height and swiveling around is smooth, so I can easily switch between my desk and other parts of my workspace. Plus, the wheels roll quietly on my hardwood floor without scratching it.

Exceeded expectations

The packaging of this product was very efficient and well done.  The external box arrived in a bit of a questionable state but the insides held up great.  Each and every item was packaged individually and with care.  Between the use of soft foam or bubble wrap used to cushion edges, cardboard separators, everything had a place it all nestled into to.

Assembly took 10min? Maybe?  Instructions were super easy to follow, unpacking was easy, assembly was easy.

My ONLY  "con" would be I would like if the foot rest could be adjusted in height and if the chair could be adjusted even lower.  It's a snug fit under my pull out keyboard tray but I am still able to sit comfortably.  I am 5'3 with a 32in inseam so there's a lot of legs to deal with.  Chair sits sturdy, some flex in the backrest so it contours a bit more organically to my posture.  I do sit in almost every possible orientation but most commonly cross-legged and the chair so far is very accommodating.

It really comes down to comfort and preference for me. Otherwise the chair is very well made and beautiful. It was also very easy to assemble!!

Was excited for the function and style but it was the most uncomfortable chair I have ever used and I had a back ache for 3 days after using it. Disappointing disassembly process but I was given the option of having fed ex pick so that was nice.
