They loved the fact that it has a princess character printed on it. They use there #AMAZONECHOPOP in a variety of ways, everything from homework to music.

They love the Marvel Superhero silicone faceplate. It adds a pop of color and protects it from drops and bumps. I like that it gives my kids access to age appropriate information, music, stories and audiobooks. The Echo Pop is a kid friendly device that allows free use of Amazon's Alexa voice assistant. It's super easy to use, made with great quality and my kids love it. They like listening to bedtime stories and playing lullabies for their little sister.

Also like that you could turn the microphones on/off, turn the volume up/down, can tap to snooze alarm and the light bar right on top of the unit.  He likes the light bar.  Very easy for him to use.  Would have preferred the marvel one instead of the princess one since it is for a boy but it works fine.

You just plug it in and set it up with the Amazon Alexa app. There were a few steps since I don't have other Alexa devices but it's very straightforward. I love that it plays music, reads stories, even tells you facts and jokes. My kids won't leave it alone because they love it so much.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this new Amazon Echo Pop Kids with Marvel's Avengers design, mainly because my 5 and 8 yr old needed something to motivate them before bed, plus all the other benefits that come along with it. It's basically an Alexa speaker to help and engage children throughout the day. Very easy to get it going: Plug in, connect to internet with Alexa app and set up your child's profile for kid friendly content. Kids love asking it questions, setting the alarm, story telling, etc... it has worked great for them, and they look forward to getting up, homework help or general help with any question they might have, and before bed. As with all devices, it's very useful having the right settings and taking advantage of all the features.
