The item works like it's supposed to.  The flames look very fake and not soothing as the previous one did.  It's my fault it does not fit the same as the previous (i ordered incorrect size for my cabinet). i have to figure out a way to attach it. it does heat my living room which is about 12 x 16'.  Remote simple and effective.
