i have severe back pain due to fall backwards downstair case years ago, Ive tried every unit I can find and this is a blessing. strong multi level vibrations, with or without heat. Home and auto compatible so I can use on long rides. You wont go wrong with this unit.

best investment ever

works well, but not entirely 
tends to short out and lock up controls 
and you can't turn it off. even when I unplugged it

I received it from Walmart.com on 12-7-22 and used it around 5 hours total and I really liked all of the features but now it will not shut off when I press the power button, the lights on the remote shut off but the motors keep running until I unplug it from the outlet. I contacted Costway customer service today, 12-13, and they asked me to send a video, now waiting for a reoly

Motor is extremely noisy and you barely feel a massage.
Elastic band too tight for my chair and broke off after 1 week

It started to not turn off couple days ago . 
Not really powerful of round %26 round massage like I'd like .

This lasted 4 uses and then sections stopped working and other parts started squeaking really loud. Absolute junk.

Garbage

Just received it and turned it on and the whole right side does not work 😢. Now I have to return it and I'm in severe pain with me sciatic nerve pain ….. plus there was NO adapter for the car either .

Massage cushion sounded good, but it made my shoulder/ back feel worse.  
The ten vibrating nodes were in the wrong place. 
 I would prefer five nodes in the MIDDLE, not the  five pairs on the SIDES.
