Found it to give fresh clean water. The taste profile although weird in the start feels better. You feel the taste difference slightly when preparing beverages. The ease of use and counter space is the main highlight. The only disadvantage is the motor sound although mild, if you are not used to RO systems.

Fresh and clean

The Aqua Tru unit is made well. The carafe is glass and sturdy. The water is so refreshing and you can tell it is well filtered. Almost can't drink our tap water any longer. This water from the reverse osmosis system tastes so great. Keep in mind that you need to keep this unit sideways on your counter so you can easily access the water tank every day. That is the only thing that I was not expecting until I saw the unit. It was easy to install, the instructions are very well done.  This unit will save us money in the long run and we like that we don't have to buy and throw all of those plastic bottles into the landfill. Let's face it, they don't all get recycled.

Amazing so far!

This water has really changed our house. No more upset tummies all the time. I really feel that removing fluoride from our water has helped all 5 of us feel better. This system is easy, convenient, and while it doesn't fill the water that fast it's not that big of a deal for us because the clean water is worth the wait. Very happy with this system. It's been about a month we have been using it so no filter changes yet. Will update when we do.

Returned this item since was disappointed with quality (expected more substantial plastic components, like the tank). Purchased another brand (same rice) %26  was exactly what I expected.

Se3ms to stop frequently. Have to clean water container often like every second day to get flow better. Lot of maintenance

The filtration process seems inconsistent because it only filters about half of the tank while the other half of the water just sits there. For the price, I expected a smoother and more reliable experience without having to constantly question whether it's working properly. The water tastes fine, but the functionality has been frustrating and not what I expected from a premium product.
