Omg, this is the best. So much easier than the big smokers and not to mention all the other things it can do, that a regular smoker can't. So far, I made chicken thighs, pulled pork, medium rare tri tip and steak, it all turned out fabulous. The only downside is, that now my husband refuses to do any grilling or smoking, he just says “put it on the Ninja” my days of having a break from cooking are gone. 
But on the bright side, it's easy to use, not much work, food is delicious and clean up is a breeze

This grill allows me to get the flavors of outdoor grilling, but with the convenience of an electric grill.  The meats we have grilled with the Woodfire Technology are delicious, and have a nice charred outside, but are tender and juicy inside.

Great smoked flavor

I have never been confident or able to take on smoking meats or even been much of an outdoor grill user. A couple of years ago I bought my ninja indoor grill and LOVED how I could grill indoors without the issues I tended to have. 
When I saw this pop up I ordered it immediately. Today I decided to attempt to smoke a brisket for the first time and it was a grand success! Looking forward to seeing how I can use this new toy!

Another great ninja product!

Just received our Woodfire grill a few weeks ago. To say we are obsessed is an understatement. I would recommend watching some YouTube videos from Cooking with CJ or others and follow their cooking times and temps over the ones suggested in the Ninja book. We've have made several things on the grill setting and the air crisp setting, along with some smoke flavor. Perfection! The other huge bonus is clean up is a breeze!

Does not disappoint!

I am not a good griller or cook but I wanted to. This is perfect. Steak and salmon put on medium, told when to flip, and when to take off. Done perfectly.

Excellent product and results

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First let me say, the hardest part of set up, is unboxing, it is a bit heavy. My guess is it weighs approximately 40lbs. That's with the drip tray slide in and the grill plate in place. Once it's unboxed, and unwrapped, it only takes a minute to screw the two handles in place. No tolls need to assemble, there is a tool included for the screws on the handles. It also includes, 2 packages of pellets, and a measuring scoop. So if you want to unbox and immediately try it out all you need is some good meat/food to throw onto the grill. Comes with a quick guide, which tells you all the basic information for using in about 5 steps. The quick guide all includes a chart with suggested cooking times depending on type of meat etc that you are cooking, and several recipes for meals, sauces, and dry rubs. The LED Screen tells you step my step as to what's going on like IGN means it's igniting the smoke pellets, the it will say PRE for preheat, once it's preheated it will beep and and screen will say “add food”. Easy peasey, no guessing. You can set your desired cooking time with the timer and you can also choose the temperature. With use of the grill setting, it left beautiful grill marks on the meat. The air fryer cooked or seasoned raw French fried cut potatoes to perfection. So far, we are quite pleased with this grill/smoker/air fryer combo. Though it does weigh approximately 40lbs., it would easily fit into a car, if you chose to take it elsewhere. It's quite compact. The grill plate is nonstick and was an absolute breeze to clean.

So far this is the best grill I have ever owned. I am trying different recipes and are having great success. As much as I have boasted about the grill I could be a spokesperson!

Wonderful grill

This was my first foray into smokers; I've always been hesitant due to the long cook times. Nonetheless, I'm pretty impressed by this little unit. Setup was super easy, instructions were clear and it is pretty much set and forget. 

My first go was with a 4lb brisket; I'm not certain the size could take more than a 6-7lb piece. The flavour of the meat was fantastic. Smokey like it should be! I think my cook time wasn't long enough as eat fibres didn't break down as much as I'd like.  Maybe it's user error! 

The one thing that would help is a gauge or window on the pellet compartment so users can see the pellet level in order to top up. Not a huge deal but my first load of pellets burned in approx 40 mins and when I wanted more smoke, I reloaded the pellets but couldn't get them to ignite.  It took a bit of fiddling of switching between cooking modes to get the ignition feature to fire up (pun intended)

All in all, I'm excited about this smoker. Next up, salmon!

I gave a 1 ⭐ and not because of the grill per se. Got it, opened it and was very easy to use (after washing). I have a low rating because the item listed was a 7-in-1 grill and that is not  what I received. The one I got by mail only has three functions. Now, I'm left trying to figure out if I want to return and try to purchase again or just keep it.
