Awesome dynamic lumber support chair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall this is a very nice chair, BUT the lever that moves the seat forward and back was broken off.  Did not notice this until the chair was completely put together.   I am in contact with the company, but haven't found a solution yet as I am unable to return this to Walmart and i can't take apart and get it to fit back into box so UPS can pick up.  They are attempting to fix the issue, which is great, but it is not yet resolved.
All in all this is a very nice chair that was on sale with a savings of $300.  Not sure it's worth its original price, but is very sturdy, comfortable, and attractive.  Great for your posture too!

Nice chair, but has a broken piece.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The lumbar back support catches anything in your back pockets and when you stand up, you get caught.  It's comfortable with nothing in your back pockets. 

Chair squeeks. Everytime you move, creek, squeek, crack.  I can't handle it. I've tightened all the bolts, oiled everything I can.  

I hate to review things negativly, but there is no resolving this chairs issues. I had such high hopes for this chair to be silent and comfortable.
