[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was determined to find a ceramic waffle maker versus one made with lots of harmful materials. This one is perfect. You do have to make sure that your batter has some type of oil in it so it doesn't stick, but most all recipes call for that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Gourmia Belgian Waffle Maker is a great product, the adjustable temperature setting is very helpful for getting just the right texture and lets you decide how browned you want the waffles, but is most useful because it lets you adjust for different types of batter that might need slightly different temperatures to get perfectly done. But my favorite part is how easily the waffles come out. I have had trouble with other waffles makes getting waffles stuck and breaking when trying to remove them but, this waffle maker is perfect, the waffles just slides right off. This is not only better while cooking but after cooking makes an even bigger difference. Past waffle makers could take forever to clean and that is usually because the waffles get stuck to the sides and little pieces get burned on and are impossible to get off, but using this waffle maker I have never had a waffle get stuck and this makes cleaning it very simple because there is usually nothing baked on that needs intense scrubbing.

Very Easy to Use and Clean

I love this waffle iron! It is ceramic (healthy) and you can't make a bad waffle with it. Very forgiving and comes out perfect each time. I wish the plates came off to clean but it wipes well with a damp cloth after. Would definitely recommend!

This takes less space on the counter top or cabinet.  It is light weight unlike my old, very heavy one. The stainless steel construction will likely help it last a long time. The waffles cook quickly , browned nicely and come out of the maker easily. Great value for this item! Good gift for lovers of Belgian waffles.
