The mattress is super soft and comfortable highly recommend it is worth the price wasn't expecting it to be this great.

I really was worried about this mattress that I was going to need an extra mattress pad to add softness but nope! This mattress for me is perfect soft and support. I am a side and back sleeper both are comfortable. I was recently sick stuck in bed for an entire day I was comfortable the entire time. I was able to get much needed rest.

Great buy!

I bought this for use in my guest room, so it won't be used everyday or by me. It's a very good mattress for the money.  And it feels firm enough for most people. 

The package is quite heavy, so I would recommend more than 1 person to move it and unpack it. I gave it 3 days to get to it's full height before I had guests use it. They said it felt great to sleep on.

Great Buy for the Money

This actually surprised me. It was amusing opening up the plastic, when it sprung open. I was surprised at the furnace of this mattress. It is extremely comfortable appears to be very well-made. And I am completely baffled how they were able to fit it in the box that they did. I would recommend this product.

If you want a hard mattress this one if for you and that’s what I wanted but I might have got more than I wanted because not only do I have herniated discs in my back and neck I also have Lupus so I just can’t get comfortable no matter what I do and we don’t have proper health care here in WV and is  ranked 47 in the nation so I have to travel to Virginia which is ranked 17 in the nation in healthcare but that trip wears me out for days and all I want is a couple of good nights sleep which is impossible with everything going on! The bed is well made and the color of course is nice as it doesn’t show dirt! It has a padded top but it’s not very thick like others I’ve had, you can’t feel the springs though… BE CAREFUL WHEN OPENING AS IT WILL LITERALLY SPRING OPEN! Mine went wild and knocked off everything from my piano but nothing broke whew! Scared me to death!

Very firm color is nice

This mattress arrived on time and I was able to get it out of the box. I was a little heavy for a 76 year old to be lifting, but I was able to put it on the bed frame and open it up with the little tool that came with it. It is much better than I thought it would be and did not take long to rise up to it's 12 inch height. The dark color makes it look more expensive than it cost. It's not to firm for two adults and we have had three good nights of sleep up to this point. I would highly recommend this mattress as a great purchase. Finally, we got rid of our old box frame and  purchased a metal 18 inch bed frame which is much stronger and saved a few dollars.

Sides aren't supported  %26 trim on the top side is hard %26 uncomfortable when sitting on the edge of the bed.
After 4 days, one side is not as supportive as the other. It is cooler than the memory foam mattress it replaced. Did make noise at first, but it stopped.

After waiting the 72 hrs I slept on this mattress that night and by morning the mattress where I laid was sunk in and now has permanent sink hole. I weigh about 125lbs so had nothing to do with my weight. I just assume ( hopefully) I received a defective mattress, I understand it happens. It's a beautiful mattress and was very comfortable the first night. Would love feedback on if anyone had the same issue.

When opening, using the tools provided, ans instructions, i cut the out layer thinking lile any bed in a box would roll our bedore cutting the inner plastic, it blew up. my kid was down stairs, it scared the living crap out of her. When she got up stairs i was on the floor just coming to after the best bursted open, flung me backwards head into and past the armoire, into thenvery back of my a frame loft.  i didn’t even cut to half mark with this happened.  i have a large goose eggs on the back.of my head. It managed in the explosion and the bed pooping to queen size one sec, knoced my tv over and my 15 drawer tall full jewelry trays.  so pist and upset.  this was a acary expierence. the bed on second night seems to be very plush, i can feel the springs in it, if i roll over in an accured position or pattially flip over. i know that sounds weird but it really is nice for the money. well i rather have never has this bed to avoid being knocked out.  i mean there needs to be another safty measure.  i am just thinking i punctured it all the way thru somewhere for it completely blow up out of the bag. 

it was at full fluff at opening.

BE CAREFUL OPENING. IT BLEW UP.
