Assembly process is straightforward and step-by-step.

It's a good workout while I watch TV or read, but I use it mostly for physical therapy after joint surgery.  I like that it is very quiet so I don't have to turn up my TV.  It's only 5 ft long so it fits anywhere.

One Person:  I'm a 65-year-old woman and I was able to put it together by myself.

Packaging:  It came in very secure Packaging.

Installation:  Each piece of hardware (nuts, bolts, screws) is labeled with the step it is used in.  All tools needed were included .  The instructions were easy to follow and there were very few pieces (1 Frame, 2 Feet, Seat slide, Seat bottom, Seat back, Seat Pulse bar, Display, Handel bar T which I use to get up after a ride) to work with.  The hardware is a very good quality. The bike is very light so easy to move.

I love this bike! It has both a comfortable seat and back rest. I have lower back pain and stiffness at times and this bike offers excellent lumbar support. It's whisper quiet and the pedal motion is quite smooth. Both the resistance and the seat position are very easy to adjust. The instructions where straightforward and it was easy to put together. The bike is sturdy and a joy to use. You cannot beat the low price.

Excellent exercise bike!

I had a total knee replacement and wanted a bike for the house. First I was going to go with the smaller desk pedals, but realized it would not give me the full rotations I needed to move the knee joint. I found this bike and decided to give it a try. I am so glad that I did!! The price was fantastic, assembly was easy, and the bike is sturdy. It's a smaller bike so it fits well in the house for now and has nice little wheels on the front to move the bike easily. The bike pedals nicely and I get an awesome rotation for my new knee joint!! Recommend for TKR at home PT 100% Highly satisfied!!

Recovering from double disc fusions in my upper lumbar is tough. This recumbent exercise bike is helping a lot. It's so quiet. Display is battery operated. No chords. Lightweight, easy to assemble %26 move if needed. My son helped me. The seat is hard, the back is nice. I really really love it. Small but mighty!

So worth it

i Love this bike I am a beginner. display large, light weight compact. i am 296 pounds and 5'6" I fit very comfortably. Only small complaint is the seat could use more padding. 30 minutes i can't sit any longer.

Exercise bike

AMAZINGLY excellent directions for assembly, which was completed in under an hour. BUT...I became familiar with recumbent bikes when at physical therapy and likely that bike was at least ten times the price of this, which makes for an unfair comparison. My disappointment is lack of adjustable seat to a higher level. At the one setting only, it's too horizontal in conforming to my body's need, limiting the desired smoothness of ride.

A  for directions and ease of assembly

Rated 4 because it showed original price @ $600 and marked down to under$200 no way this bike was that much originally. Overall for the price I paid it does the job

Bike

The written directions and the diagram contradict each other looking how to assemble the seat adjustment lever. I followed the diagram because the written instructions required leave an undertaking and required tools not provided and did not fully explain anything except one first step of disassembly what had already been put together. The seat does not lock in place. Otherwise I like the bike and how quiet it is. I'm just about to use it.

Seat raise confusion

So far so good! I love that my wife is able to use it even though she has bad knees and can't ride a regular bike. She says that she feels better and her knees are hurting less since she started using it 10 to 15 minutes a day. I also use it 15 minutes a day and I feel better overall. It was easy to assemble 🙂.
