This really does work to help "rehab" your joints and with continued use, it does provide me with better joints, more stability etc. I only wish there were more than 3 programmed levels. I especially loved that the P1 setting is like a rehab for joints. I used that setting for 2 weeks before I moved up.

The machine is perfect for my 77 year old mother. It keeps her legs active with not a lot of strain on her. For the fact that it is motorized. Awesome product and we love it.

This elispe is a excellent product, the programs work well, I am 89 and my wife 82, my wife uses it twice a day at a minamin, you cannot hear it run,very pleased

Great product

Purchased for my elderly mom, who had a recent hip replacement.  She loves it.  I use it at her place, too. it's been great for range of motion exercises on auto programs and strength training when used in manual mode.

I've had leg cramps for several weeks and thought this might help keep them flexible. I run it for 30 minutes every day and it seems to be helping. I keep it in the leg well of my desk, so the remote is handy. I don't have to drag it out and bend down to start it up and set the speed. I wouldn't rate it as any kind of workout as the machine is doing most of the work. But my legs feel good afterwards. Good value at less than half the cost of the TV name brand.

Works as advertised and good value

The only thing I don't like is that you definitely have to wear shoes, otherwise the foot rests are very uncomfortable.  I am someone who rarely wears shoes in the house. The remote doesn't work, otherwise it functions perfectly and seems like a good work out. My husband has been using it daily for 20 to 30 minutes.

While the product looks good and functions as described, there are no warnings or precautions in the product description.  To my surprise when I opened the user manual, in red writing it states "do not use with other medical electronic devices, such as a pacemaker. Do not use this product if there are steel plates or other fixtures in the body
Well I have both a pacemaker and a metal hip.  I am gonna ask my cardiologist about it at my next appointment, until then I guess I will just look at the box.  This needs to be listed in the item description.

This is a nice little machine: quiet, smooth, no assembly required, easy to use. My one complaint is that the instruction manual (as are so many these days) not very detailed or clear, especially on how the data settings work. They do not specify how they measure distance (feet, meters, miles, etc.), nor what some of the settings mean. For instance "counter" -- is it steps or some other measurement? Also, it doesn't give specifics on the three programs (P1, P2, P3). It gives a graph, but does not explain speeds or length of time. If the manual were more clear, or better yet, they could provide a link to a video showing how to read the screen, I would give it 5 stars. I do recommend this machine overall.

Great machine, lousy manual

I bought this for my mother-in-law how is 93 years old. I felt that it would help with her strength, easy on her body , low impact and help with blood circulation, but she just refused to even try it. I still think it is a great product, just not good for her. I have another 93 year old Aunt that loves it. It's worth a try. When I get old I'll order one , I'm only 76 years old and stay active.

There is no resistance at all in any of the modes. It says there is but there isn't. If it's to be used by someone going through a rehab to keep their legs moving then it's probably what you're looking for. I was looking for more resistance to help use my prosthetic but there's no noticeable difference from one mode to the next.
