It works great. I only have one thing I don't need to have two things out. Everything is in One. I am very very happy with it if you've got limited space try this and you would get rid of the toaster.

The first one I ordered was defective- the toaster section didn't work; the second one works fine. Having a separate section that works like a toaster is great. The unit is compact and looks great. The oven section is perfect for heating and baking or broiling. The controls are easy to operate intuitively.

This is a great little toaster oven/toaster combo. Takes up a small amount of space on the countertop and is roomy enough for reheating or cooking. Heats quickly and we have made small pizzas, cookies, salmon and reheated chicken strips and fries and they've all come out great. We use it constantly. It is very quiet when in use, which is a big improvement over the last toaster oven we had.

The item works really well! Just a small thing to mention—when you push down the lever to make toast, there is a piece of metal that will rattle. So every time you walk by the counter, you'll hear it rattle 🙄🙄, which can be a bit annoying! Unfortunately, there's no way to stop the rattling, but overall, it's a great appliance.

It is a nice toaster oven. I only wish it had a light. Otherwise, it is nice not to have to heat up my regular oven to cook a small batch of food. I would recommend this oven.

Item works well %26 is easy to follow directions. which at age 89, is important to me. It looks nice, easy to clean. I do like the toast done in the oven rather than the toast but my husband prefers the toaster, It's nice to have 2 choices! I have not yet tried the broil feature.

Very Happy With This Toaster Oven!

I would recommend this appliance, with a warning. HIGHLY recommend you keep it out of child's reach because it does get SUPER HOT! Also, be aware of what is nearby so not to catch on fire. And it is only a 2 pronged plug in, not 3 pronged. May want to consider plugging into surge protector.

A good appliance, but...

The oven works well. Small capacity. Not meant for large quantity of food. 
The oven cooks hotter in the back. The food placed deepest in the oven tends to be over cooked compared to food on the front nearest the door. 
Toast feature does not toast evenly. Toasted bread does not toast evenly. The bottom is overcooked compared to the bread near the top. It is difficult to get toasted bread out once it pops up.

For the price, you can't complain, especially given how rare 2-in-1 combos are.  It toasts just fine (albeit not perfectly evenly) and it bakes at pretty accurate temperatures, so recipes have come out fine so far.  Three things could have been better.  First, as it heats up and cools down it makes a LOT of expansion/contraction noise:  it was a good reminder to keep it 1" away from things on all sides.  Second, by design a huge amount of heat escapes through the toaster slot while baking (they say it's for ventilation), but this means I'm not comfortable having it on the countertop under the cupboards.  Third, the baking "pan" is so shallow you can't use it for anything, and I haven't yet found any pans that fit inside that are not too tall (since you also need >1" clearance to the top).

As expected:  No more, no less

The first thing we use the toast oven for was to toast to Eggo waffles. The egg waffles jammed up in the toaster and ended up, folded over and stuck. I ended up having to dig them out with a utensil. Not a very good start to this product. An eagle waffles not tiny or thin so this is definitely a safety issue.

Toaster Safety

Just “ok” not great. Oven does not seem to actually get to the baking temps that it is supposed to, and the toaster option is wonky. Thin bread or waffles fall down into the oven part. The oven does not turn off when you open the door, and the door gets really hot right behind the handle. I have burned my hand multiple times simply opening g the door.
