im in a rehabilitation center at the moment and i bought this to help me strengthen my arms and legs in order to come sooner. i have been using teice a day snd was able to walk further than i have gone since first of January.  this was a great buy for me

This a great product!     You can control tension and everything on it.     Got it for my 53 year old Down Syndrome son with R A and other medical issues.      He loves it and uses it every day.
Great for older adults too.     Great for any ability level.

Great product!

The construction of this under desk exercise bike is sturdy %26 sits firmly on the floor.  Paid a very reasonable price considering its exceptional quality that should last many years!

Superior exercise bike

This pedal exerciser is great.  Just one word of advice..........remove the straps BEFORE you install the pedals.  They are more in the way than anything and save yourself a 1/2 hour by removing them before.  Now the machine is perfect.

Assembly was fairly easy, except for one of the screw sets on the pedal , which had difficulty coming apart to adhere to the bike.  The bike moves around a bit when pedaling, but it is a good tool to help with recovery for a torn mensicus in my knee. I also have to sit on a cushion to get the right height to pedal.  Use this when watching shows and the time goes by!

Mini Exercise Bike

The peddles have a tendency to stick and the effort for someone who is very weak may be more than what they can handle. I wasn't impressed with the smoothness of the bike without any tension. Other than that it works good for the intended purpose. This was recommended by a physical therapist.

Cycle is fine but it doesn't stay put. It moves making it hard to pedal. I bought an exercise mat but it still moves.  But not as mush.  Still difficult to pedal. About 2/3 minutes and you have to stop, move cycle back and start again. There's no chance of continuous cycling!

Would not purchase it again.

Not stationary

I purchased this for my elderly father in an effort to get him some exercise without much effort. He does not get on top of it to prevent sliding out from under him, so after it slides away, he is finished.  The mate is not enough for tile flooring; it needs to be secured to the floor better.

I had bike on 2 layers of non-slip material and bike moved. Had to reposition every 10 or so cycles, and that wasn't even at the difficult level.
Ideally, would need to secure to a hard, heavy surface. Otherwise, bike seems decent.
Have returned it.

Item way too light

The unit keeps moving away from you when you pedal it. You Need a thick carpet to hold in place while using it .  The foot pedal straps are hard to fit your shoe inside. Assembly was difficult tightening bolts. Instructions unclear.  It's not that quiet either. If use in office with other people it will become annoying to others around you. I got for knee replacement surgery to keep my leg moving when I am sitting and watching tv. The control panel screen is big. It continually flashes your calories, distant, time, t-count, as you pedal.
