Let's face it, unless you find a clearances LEGO item, your bank account isn't going to be happy with you for your purchase.  I wish I could say that's NOT the case here, but at $80 dollars, this set still carries the premium LEGO price. FEAR NOT! This set delivers a lot of fun and interesting new methods of constructing some familiar assemblies.

My boys aren't teenagers yet.  They're well out of their toddler years toddler years, too, for that matter - but my point is that this set (along with the construction sets in the same 2025 year group) have been a huge hit in this household.  Exciting new ways to build some commonly introduced sets have added fun and excitement.  The sets also have a fresh, modern look and feel once they're done. 

It's a little pricey, but it more than makes up with the options and amount of fun and interaction the set offers.  It will be hit as a gift or addition to your kids (and the kid at heart adults) stash, don't worry.

Really enjoyed building this set, instructions were easy to follow and structurally sound. 
Loads of nice features, feel it's a little bit expensive for what it is but overall very happy and would recommend.
