This "Thetford Seal Lubricant and Conditioner 24 oz" works great.  I use it every time I park our RV between trips.  Keeps the seal fresh and prevents leaks.  I've even used it to rejuvenate a leaky seal, a few years ago our RV seal started leaking because I never put anything in the bowl between trips.  One treatment with this Thetford Conditioner stopped the leaking and no problems ever since.  (Had to omit  which seal because Walmart wouldn't post the review with the word, funny since that's in the product name-oh well)

Ok I guess

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was really hot this summer and the water kept draining from the toilet. Just pour this in and let it sit and it will condition the rubber so that the water would be able to sit at the bottom of the bowl again. Thank goodness we didn't have to get a new rubber gasket for the toilet!

This will save your toilet!!!

Good Product

I had had a problem with my toilet seal and looked through the internet for something that would work to re lubricate that seal and I found this product and that works exactly like it says it is awesome it's the only thing that I use.

first time buyer

Had a small rv toilet seal leak. Seeing reviews, Decided to try this fix. It seemed to work at first. But after a few flushes, the leak returns. My recommendation is Try something else.
