These pans work great.  I bought these as a gift but I've had the same set since Christmas 2023 that I received as a gift.  I have not had any problem with food sticking.  I've put the pans in the dishwasher and it does not seem to affect the nonstick properties.  I do have 1 complaint.  The lid handles are made of metal and they are connected directly to the glass lid which makes the metal handles get very hot.  You have to use pot holders or a towel to remove the lids.  I just use lids from other pans so I don't have to use a towel.  It says you can use metal in the pans but I have not tried that because the nonstick pans work so good I don't want to mess that up!

I have been using these pans now for roughly 3 weeks throwing them in the dishwasher constantly they're used every day at my house. I have literally tried to burn things to see if the pan will be hard to clean The pans are so easy to clean. I love the fact that you don't really need oil anymore. I still use Pam here and there, but I'm using less of it sometimes not even at all and pan seem to be doing well. They've held up so far. I'll update this in a couple of months. It's only been a few weeks but as of right now, they are well worth the money I will be buying more.

Quality of pan easy clean

So far, these pans have exceeded my expectations. I made scrambled eggs and cheese in the frying pan and I wss able to just dump them right out. I do recommend putting a spot of butter or oil on the rivets, though. They are not non stick. I love this set.

Warranty is fantastic! One of the skillets cooking surface was scratched and the warranty replacement was above and beyond! The handles are acceptable but the pro version handles are much better.

great set. I bought the same set over 6 years ago, and just replaced again. after over 6 years of wear and every day use, they are still pretty good for non stick, no serious scrapes or dings. very good buy for anyone.

will buy a 3rd time too.

light weight, even heat distribution,  easy cleaning.   i have arthritis in my hands %26 could no longer handle the weight of my other pots %26 pans.  my reason for buying the complete  set was originally  the weight factor.  BUT the more I  use these pots %26pans, I'm  truly impressed  by  Gotham Steel .

I bought this Gotham cookware set based upon my needs for the included pots/pans, durability, useful life %26 size. So far no complaints regarding the manufactured quality; however I am disappointed with the overall sizes of the set. In comparison to other similar sized cookware I have owned and/or utilized, the actual capacity of Gotham's pieces seems lacking. Quality aside, this set is reminiscent of starter cookware, with an inflated price point. That aside, no complaints regarding use or durability.

save your money. buy better.  after short usage this cookware is almost useless.  Sticks worse than the ten year old cookware I replaced with this cookware.  can't even fry bacon in it without it sticking. this cookware is not worth the m money you save.

very sticky

maybe it was my bad luck but i dont like how the top ledges of the pans have black stuff that comes off on my towels when drying them. if it comes off there is it coming in contact with my food to?  and the open handles if you do decide to use the dishwasher they hold water so i dont like that design either. think I'll look for something different

I got this set from my son, for Christmas. We've used the pans a few times now- and they look like I've had them for many years. We followed directions- good sticks to the skillets and the bottoms and sides are burned from the low/medium flames. The rims of the pots and pans get really sharp!
