Setup and operation are easy to navigate.

It's small and yet a great addition to my wall heaters. My kitchen gets cold on some of these winter mornings and it gives a little bit more heat to warm up the 1st floor.

easy to unbox and assemble.  easy to fuel. on low setting heater actually runs longer than suggested. company says 14-16 hours, average is 17-18 hours. very happy with heater!!!

AMAZING!!!

This is a very good heater and it doesn't use much fuel.We turned it on for the first time and our central heat didn't come on while the kerosene heater was on.We had to turn if off after burning the heater for just a little while because our house got HOT.I know I can trust it to keep us warm if we lose power and won't have to worry about our water pipes freezing.

The heater is easy to load, to light and has a safety shut off.  It provides ample heat for la 20 x 20 room or more.  I use mine at night during cool October nights.  The heat in the center of my home keeps the whole house warm enough without having to turn on my furnace and heating the whole house.  This one is replacing my last one.  It's 12 years old, still working, but the shut off isn't working as well.  Twelve years is a good value for a heater less than $130.00.  I expect this one will last as long.

Good back up heater

I bought as a precaution and never used it.  Not sure how 2 stars got there. Nice feeling to have it if needed.

I love it !
It came on time.
But, the bix was torn on one side so badly.
Im not sure how it stayed together. 
the heater was damaged with dents on that side.
but it is a tuff little heater.
still works great.
FedEx is horrible ! 
no respect for peopls property at all !

Would Improve: metal gauge, no mass heat storage once stove is off heat dissipates quickly again mainly radiant heat.

Good could be better

I got a good deal on it, and it heats up pretty quick ...but sometimes it's hard to get the middle cylinder into the right place..And it seems like it's kind of chintzy, but it does work pretty good.I had to use the match....Because the battery is only worked 2 times with the Ignition....But since my furnace is broke , this is a good go-to, for emergency heat... I had to buy 2....I may have to buy another one.I'm not sure

at first it worked great ..but after i used it several times..it dont heat as good the wick isnt burning as good as it first did..im disappointed  really

Had this for 2 weeks, used it couple of time and already having troubles.  Called manufacturer for warranty support %26 get "this mailbox is full".   Not impressed
