You wonder when you get the box how a lamp is in it. But it is.  Easy assembly. Love the foot off and on.  Ordered a tan shade but got a white one.  Still on

This is a great lamp. It was easy to put together, even the shade which came in pieces.  Once I put the batteries in the remote the right way (oops), I was able to access the dimming and color change features, which add so much. Love it

The light stand is easy to assemble.  Also can be set to different positions and angles. I like the remote  çontrol features like brightness the cool 3 phase light

A bright light in my corner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the remote that is magnetic to the lamp post. There are some light warmth color presets and the lamp can be turned down so low it's basically a night light. The shade moves around, too, keeping the bulb out of your eyes from reading or doing tasks. Really great lamp, especially for the price.

Changing light warmth and remote

This lamp creates a calm and relaxing atmosphere in my bedroom.  My son says the room looks like a hotel room in a resort.

Excellent floor lamp

I love this lamp pole.  The base is heavy enough to hold a heavy purse on the 3 inch part of the shade holder rod.  I looked for a very long time before settling on this pole. The shape of the shade holder rod makes this one so much more decorative than any other one. Love it!

Lamp on foot

The " bells and whistles" attracted me to this lamp.  It is attrective, too.  But, if you're sitting, you have to get up to step on the 'on' button.  Of course you can waste energy by turning the lamp on and off with the remote (like putting your computer into 'sleep' instead of 'shutting down'.  If you want to adjust the shade, you have to get up to do it.  And I've yet to find much difference between all the buttons on the remote.  There's 'hi' in the center, and a decent low using the 'night light' button.  In all, this attractive lamp is inconvenient.  I really don't like the floor switch.

Inconvenient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked it until the bulb that came with it went out. When I put a new regular bulb in the remote did not work with it .

Useless remote

It worked perfectly until all of a sudden it didn't. Went out after 5 months of use. Started flickering like crazy. Wouldn't turn off unless unplugged and the crazy flickering blew a bulb. Tried other outlets and a new bulb. Same flickering. Would not recommend.
