2nd Winix Air Purifier and overall very pleased with them, they definitely clean the air. 

Already owned a C610 for a bedroom and it worked great so I purchased the T830 for a larger space when I realized there was something in the air causing nose to drip.

I like how the T830 actually shows the air quality number (as well as the color indicator) whereas the C610 only reveals whether the air quality is good, fair, poor or very poor by the COLORED indicator.

This is very easy to use and operate. you can connect this and the C610 to the Winx app and control it via your device and even see a history log.  

Keep in mind having it on the very lowest setting will not pull in very much air.  for instance, on the lowest setting the air quality might read good but after turning it on turbo for 5 to 10 minutes the air quality could be fair or poor because it's pulling in from more of a distance. 

The noise level on night mode is the quietest, I'm sensitive to sound so I can sense that it is on.   The turbo is extremely loud so I only use it for short periods of time when needed and I leave the room. 

I would recommend this to my friends.

Things to work as it said, and it's very quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fan produces some noise even in sleep mode. That's my only complaint. It's bearable though.

Overall happy with the unit. It could be better if the fan can be turned off automatically once the PM2.5 is dropped to a preset level.

PM 2.5 control can be improved

I love the look and features of this purifier but it's extremely loud at the highest setting. I didn't want to believe other reviews, but they were right. Too loud to hear the TV during the day, and too loud to have on while sleeping. Will ask to return.

I have used 2 other air purifiers in addition to this one, and both of them worked better than this one.  With this purifier, I noticed a small improvement in air quality, but not much, and the room that I used this Winix purifier in is a medium size room, although it is supposed to be suitable for an extra large room, according to the ad.  Also, the sensor did not work very well.  The main reason that I purchased the purifier was to get rid of smoke in the room, but the purifier didn't tackle that issue very well.  I lit a match; blew it out; and held it in front of the sensor on the purifier, and the color at the top of the purifier DID change amber to indicate that the air quality was poor, but it didn't take long at all for the color to change back to the one which indicated that the air quality was in the "good," category; unfortunately, I could still smell a substantial amount of smoke in the air.  I let the purifier run for several hours at the highest speed, and although the room was less "smoky" smelling than it was prior to that, I could still smell smoke in the room.  So I returned this purifier for a refund.

Didn't Meet My Expectations

The air purifier does not purify the air in my living room, Theres way too many impurities still in my air, from scent to dust.  I still have to dust things daily.
