This is a wonderful bench! parts fit together well and the wood is beautiful! The seating is narrow compared to some other benches, but it is perfect size for our porch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this bench to replace two rockers for front porch. Assembly was relatively easy and looks nice. Seat is a little more narrow than one I've had for several years. Was purchased at reduced price so was a pretty good deal.

The bench is not as sturdy as I expected. I am not sure it can hold two grown-up people

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Firstly, the instructions were horrible. However, having put together enough furniture in my life, I was able to figure things out. It took me about an hour working at a leisurely pace. The final product looks nice, but when sitting on it the slats do bend under my 195 lb. weight. I'm not sure if it can really support 470 lbs. as advertised. It's out in the front porch where it has replaced a much sturdier, but rusting steel bench that I assembled 6 years ago. Bulk pickup just hauled it away. Let's see how this fares over the next 6 years. Cheers.

Cute Bench

The back trellising was plastic and cracked in one spot. Very disappointed that there was any plastic. Fortunately I was able to snap The crackled area of trellis back together where it wasn't noticeable. I bought the bench for a 90 year old couple but I don't think it would be strong enough for two average sized people. They were in desperate need of a bench and I didn't want to wait for another one to arrive.

Fine in a pinch but wouldn't recommend.

Good product but poor choice for our needs.

This bench is advertised as a "metal" bench. The whole back wall insert looks like metal in the picture but is plastic. It is very disappointing to be misled like that. I purchased 4 benches, believing they were wood and metal.
