[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I spend too much time in the office so a good office chair is a must.   This is a Great office chair.   I have lower back problems and need a serious lumbar support.  This chair gives me the support I need.   Also we live in a warm climate, so the web seating and back are a blessing.  
Very well built.  
I thought the directions were ridiculous at best.  One nice sheet of paper, top half showing each individual piece and which screw goes where.   The bottom of the same page shows little pics of a certain part(s) of the chair, and the screws needed.   No words, no written instruction.   
But even with that, it went together nicely.  Chair feels great.  I recommend it highly!

Great Chair

Comfortable, easy to assemble, highly adjustable, with a few minor caveats.

Assembly was mostly straightforward, though the chair leg tubes didn't slide smoothly into the base at first. When connecting the top and bottom sections, it's easiest to place the top part upside down.

The chair offers a good range of adjustments, including the headrest and three fixed recline angles. The recliner is designed specifically for picking one of those fixed angles, it won't work well as a rocking mechanism. The lumbar support automatically adjusts its angle, though it isn't otherwise customizable. Even so, I find it quite comfortable.

The mesh on both the seat and back feels quite good. It improves airflow and comfort over long sessions.

The armrests offer more adjustment options than I personally need, and as other reviewers have mentioned, they rotate a bit too easily when bumped, which may be annoying for some users. The wheels work well on hard floors, but the chair is difficult to move on carpet. I'd recommend using a plastic floor mat if you're placing it on carpet.

Overall, I'm satisfied with the chair.

Comfortable, High-End, and Well-Ventilated

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly I was expecting a decent chair for the price tag, but even I didn't expect the pure amount of quality and intentionality that went into something to simply sit on. It conforms to my body almost on its own, I no longer get sore from sitting too long because the suspension mesh equally distributes my weight. It has so many adjustable options it can be great for gaming, office work, and the big guys too. I am satisfied entirely with this product.

Amazing chair

Already 1 year of trials If I start from the context that I spend as much time sitting on a flesh as I do lying on a mattress in one day. The best flesh I have among them at 100%. Very comfortable, support incredible lower back that follows movement. It keeps you cool with mesh. Everything is adjustable. The only thing I would have liked is that the headrest could move a little bit forward. I'm 5'11 - 190 lbs - Perfect fit

The obsolete comfort

Decent chair

The seat and back kind of wobbly. And delivery was so bad homestly Ive been waiting for a week

Nice but could be better

I own a Branch chair and the quality of this chair is decent but the arm rests are annoying as they move any time you rub or put pressure on them. There is no way to lock it in place so it just clicks and moves. Would not buy again as this is impractical.

Design flaw ruins the chair

got the chair just over a month and now making squeaky noises every time I sit on it or lean back

The seat is a Rock. The Lumbar support is too far forward that my back barely touches the chair's back.
