The Equipex PSI-600 griddle features a sturdy stainless steel construction compatible with fast-paced kitchens. Suitable for countertop placement, this griddle has a compact 24-inch-wide by 18-inch-deep cooktop, which is fitted with integral stainless steel back and side splashes to protect the surrounding surfaces from popping grease. For simplified cleaning this 24-inch-wide by 18-inch-deep by 9-inch-high unit includes a removable grease drawer. Great for quickly searing proteins and vegetables at high heats, the Equipex PSI-600 electric griddle features a flat cooktop with thermostatic controls that can reach 570 degrees Fahrenheit. For flexible use, it has two heat zones with separate pilots and thermostat dials. To streamline operation, this griddle can be started with a basic on/off switch, and so users can determine burner status at a glance, each heat zone is equipped with its own pilot and temperature indicator light.
