I purchased this item about 10 months ago.  I use it when I travel for my neck and back.  I also have plantar fasciitis and it works wonderful as a foot massage as well.  When I travel with my friends they take over the massager, they love it.   I appreciate having the choice to use heat or not.  I would recommend this product!
