Great little BBQ, perfect for dragging with me for ball games. Only thing that's unfortunate is there is one bad hotspot.

4 stars, because it doesn't seem to get very hot is this normal? Can I add a thermometer to the cover?

Questions about the heat!

Purchase last year, and use in 2024. The connection of the cylinder to the BBQ could be better adapted.

Connection

I bought this grill for my husband for camping. We love the grill itself, as it functions really well. 

We are however saddened to see that the accessories made for the travel q series are only made for the 285 and pro series. We have been trying to find a griddle plate and travel cart with no luck. It seems the only accessory available is the pizza stone. 

We would love to be able to use it as a griddle, bbq, pizza oven, and be able to free up space on the picnic table when camping.

Great product, very limited accessories

This TravelQ 240 portable BBQ is very convenient for camping and for now I am satisfied with the result of cooking. I am disappointed that this model does not have any cover to protect it in transport. Also, no cooktop was designed for this BBQ. I hope they will solve this problem soon.

Accessories not available

I chose this model because I was looking for a small size BBQ. I plugged it into a standard cylinder with a tube suitable for this model, an option that seems more ecological to me but it turns off on its own, I am waiting for a response from the support service. It works sometimes and other times not at all.

Burners go out shortly after it starts

I bought the TraveIQ 240 a few weeks ago and have been very disappointed with its performance. Due to the burner design the right side of the grill has very low heat output and is almost unusable. Overall the heat output across the whole grill is disappointing, needless to say I am returning it and will be looking into other portable grill options.

Nice portable BBQ, Poor heat output.

Feeding pipe that connects propane cracked after a short time. Unable to change the room.
