Tv works great and delivery was super quick

Good product fast delivery

The previous owner had already registered an account and set the TV language to French, and since there was no instruction manual included, I ended up wasting a lot of time trying to figure out how to factory reset the TV.

I believe the person responsible for reselling the TV should have turned it on and properly reset it before selling it again, even as an open-box item. Other than that, the overall condition of the TV itself was fairly good.
