It takes about a week to get to ya. But once it's delivered, it is amazing 😊 ♥ it is easy to install and blows cold air immediately. Not too loud, not to much of hassle, works great! I've bought 2 already and I'm here now to buy a 3rd one for my other bedroom!  Great price can't beat it.

I read alot of reviews on this unit before I purchased, kinda got the feeling that the bad reviews were most likely folk who did not read everything first as instructed. I followed the directions and tips and the unit is STELLAR! My apt is 650 sq ft, this unit is for 250, with one cheap fan and this unit my whole apartment is maintaining a wonderful 68 degrees, I keep it on 70 degrees on low fan and it is chilling the entire apartment! I have had no water problems, I hooked it up to drain continuously and it has yet to drain a drop, and I live in Cincinnati, a seriously humid area this time of year! The forecasted heat wave is here 5 days now, and we are chillin. It  truly is a fantastic purchase! Hook up was done by me, so you know it was easy😆 Thank you.

Awesome Little Unit

LOVE LOVE LOVE. I got this just before all this crazy heat and humidity hit where I live, which normally isn't humid but this year is crazy. This AC has saved my life having the built in dehumidifier, and gets my room cold af. I have and would recommend it to anyone. I don't really right reviews but this AC is just to good lol.

Easy set up. Nice and cold

I found this unit on sale in the spring and decided the price was too good to pass up knowing summer was around the corner, and it worked so well we bought a second one two days after setting the first one up. The parts feel sturdy so I'm not worried about anything breaking anytime soon, setup was a snap, and the remote is a bonus.

we set the first unit up downstairs, and within the first day of it running I could feel an immediate temperature difference from the rest of the house. Even with sleep mode on, it stilltm too kgetting used to for overnight running with the AC setting, but the fan mode runs nice and quiet and I'm looking forward to a nice cool summer with it.

The Little AC That Could

It was nice and cold. But we got this one because the description says it's so quiet and we NEED it to be quiet. It is NOT quiet. Lol. Imagine being in a hotel room, the loud little individual units in those, that's this noise level. 

The window vent installation was a bit wonky too. It comes with a heavy duty plastic piece that is far too wide for most home windows. The directions say it may need to be trimmed to fit. How the heck am I going to “trim” heavy duty plastic?! 

Anyways, if your window are really wide (or you have access to heavy shop equipment) and you don't mind the noise, this unit is probably great for the price. Hence the third star.

Too loud for us

I use this unit in a 10x10 insulated storage room  with 6'x6' insulated golf cart garage door. It, so far, has kept the room at 80-84 degrees with 80% humidity for the month of July. I live in South Carolina on the coast so take that for what it's worth. Glad I do not have to live in this space. Inefficient %26 does not cool room. I have added a Matador garage door insulation kit to an already insulated garage door. No change in temp or humidity. So, that's a “no” on this unit.

Ah, that's a NO on this unit.

Only 2 complaints, 1 the filter casing doesn't fit in any window in my house and 2 doesn't really fill up a large living room with cold air , this item is recommended for small spaces like a office or small bedroom

I did everything in the directions that it said to do. I had the AC on for a little while until it was full of water in a short time. I figured it because it may have been humid and it was filling faster until it dried out. I also had 2 other nicer quality units that have the same make and neither ever fill with water. I emptied it twice and then I see water on my floor!I I clean it up. Go in again to find more water( caps closed, it doesn't say it's full yet water is all over the floor. It is a piece of junk!!

This particular air condition will not be suitable for my use. It is too much of taking care of of any water leaks. It's good for people who have connections to the outside where they don't have to deal with constantly checking out the water level, but as for cooling, it is very fast and very cold, but it has a smell that doesn't seem to go away and it's a little nauseated maybe because my nose is very sensitive to mildew smell,!

I bought this AC on May 9th. I've had it less than 3 months. I started having issues with it a month ago. The AC no longer cools unless I turn it iff and back on. Then it only stays cool for about 10 mins. The room it's in is only 10x15 as it's in my RV bedroom. I bought it for my rescue dog that stays in the bedroom and his room is hot again. 
Total ware of money.

Broke at 2 months. No longer cools a small room.
