I love these metatarsal pads. I've used them for about 2 yrs now. All mine are wore out now, so i ordered more, but something happened to my order. Walmart has made things right because of this. I will reorder some.
I've tried other metatarsal items but so far these are my favorite. When they get a lil thin after some wear, as you dont want them to thin, i stack another pr on top of the old until the older wears out %26 then i peel away the older bottom layer. Hope thst makes sense. Each person needs a diff level of thickness for their specific needs concerning wearing metatarsal pads. These are easy to stick %26 unstick. Other all foam ones you can not add to or remove, they will tear, not these. 

In the pic below you see mine is wore out. I am needing to get a new pr of insoles, so i need new metatarsal pads, because a foot Dr i had visited that put those replacement insoles in my shoes stuck those those spongy things on my insole %26 when it stopped giving enough support, i added one of these on top, but now they will not seperate W/out tearing all to pieces. I'd rather stick W/these %26 not the spongy type that tear. 
These come in a pack of 12 for a little over $7, so if you need to double them for comfort its still a great bargain. You'll still get 3 uses out of the 12 when you double them %26 apply to both shoe insoles, which will last around a yr. in one pr of shoes. You may not need to double or you may not need to double right away until the 1st one you applied starts to wear down some. Thats when i find it the most comfortable level for me. 1 new one added to 1 that is hlf wore down. 
Those spongy ones also have too much give in them, so they dont give as much support as these clothe covered ones. 
For under $8 just try them.

One thing that I liked was the price. These pads are identical to the pads that the podiatrist placed in the bottom of my shoe for my neuroma. This product enables me to save a trip to the doctor and care for myself.

These help my feet a lot. I hobbled on a cast and it injured the ball of both of my feet. I thought ID just have to suffer? It hurts so bad it feels like a cyst on the bottom if my feet, if you can imagine? With these Metatarsal foot pads they are cushioned and feel so much better. If the balls of your feet hurt, buy these, I promise you'll be glad you bought them. There thick and stick in the bottom of your shoe. A very helpful product and at this price, I can afford to put them in all of my shoes.

Please don't buy these ! 
You can find them from another country. These came from Hong Kong. It took way to long to receive them. I'd bought others at Dollar General

Not from a friendly nation

They were delivered two weeks later in a clear plastic bag with no logo or information. When you attempt to peel off the wrap to stick on your foot, the wrapper doesn't come off. They look old.

Very unhappy with this purchase

These pads are terrible!  I've ordered them 2 times -the first time I thought maybe I recd a bad batch but the 2nd batch was even worse. Cannot remove backing without making a mess!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

These pads are to small for a comfortable fit. The balls of the feet are much wider, no care how narrow the feet are. Fit is uncomfortable.

For "very" small feet only...narrow not included.

Too flat
