I am only giving this a 3 star because I have to put 3 pillows behind me in order to get the benefits of the leg press. It isn't adjustable so what may work perfect for one person won't work for someone shorter. The rest of the machine is nice but I was disappointed with that as the reason I chose this particular machine over another was for the leg press
