This is one of the best heat presses I have used. The size is great for pressing full designs on tshirts and hoodies as well ad fitting multiple small items all on it at once. It is very user friendly. I would definitely suggest this heat press

I wanted to state that your employee is terrified of dogs. I have a pure bred Collie and they are considered one of the most freindly dogs in the world and your driver freaked out and tossed my heat press to the ground. Mind you it was only about 3 feet but the point is this is not the way a delivery should go. That's all I have to say.
